You should've indulged in more than 2 glasses of wine last night, that way you would be relishing the peace and quiet. A hangover is a great excuse for time alone.

Yep! You should be out dancing and having a good time! Still, a nice quiet evening home is good too, especially with all you friends here to greet you!! H&K!

Okay, thanks you guys : ) Yes, what I did ( and NOT naked as my daughter came home) was do a few things and wait for my daughter to get off the computer, after kicking me off... well it's now almost 6 am the NEXT morning.. so you see how good waiting did me LOL ( but the sleep did feel good ) oh and umm hangover a great excuse? LOL if you knew me you'd know how funny that was big hug

At least you had fun.

Again, too bad I'm not nearby, I have a feeling you and me would have rocked your birthday in style...

HAPPY HAPPY belated dear J

I went and did a bit of dancing myself Friday night - and as I slow danced with a lady I do not know - it was you and your B-day I was thinking about -

1) on my birthday, smile to someone you've not smiled at before (DID IT!)

2) Do three unexepcted and unseen acts of kindess to someone. (DID 1 (I intentionally park in the sun so my neighbor could have the shade of the tree)- still working on the other 2 )

3) Look at someone you've pre-judged with new eyes and try to see them from a different prespective. (DID IT! - there is an onry old witch that frequents a local watering hole - I sat next to her Friday - bought her a drink - then as I let the conversation take form - I started to ask her about her past so I may better understand. It was valuable time and I walked away with a new perspective. AND - she even smiled a couple of times!)

4) Driving in traffic? someone do something stupid? well so have you...spend the day NOT getting angry at stupid drivers. (I LEFT MY MIDDLE FINGER HOME TODAY)

5) Send me a blog or email telling me what you've done...if I can, via you, make just one person's day brighter than what other gift could I ever want?
