F'ing hell

Well it's official, Spring is here. to me this is the most beautiful time of year. The thoughts of new beginings. I guess for me that is the only thing that gets me through the pain. Not emotional, strictly the physical. You see between The Burcitis, and arthritis the entire left side of my body does not want to work. Then with just the artritis, that's in my right shoulder, and elbow. Normally the only times it bothers me is fall, and spring. For some reason spring is ussually the worst of the two. I'm sitting here and about the only thing that doesn't hurt are my feet and hands. Talk about hell to get old, I started suffering from it when I was about 15. And ever yeart it gets worse, For instance By the time I was 18 I could not even drive, I had to sell my car on account it was a stick shift. Since then all I dare buy are automatics, which sorta sucks 'cause sticks can be so much fun. This is the first day of the real pain, normally it's only this excruciating for about a month. For that I am very thankful. Iguess that's all for me today.

So do I, it usually helps for a few hours. I've come to accept the pain tho. Funny as that sounds, in the past it seemed to make the emotional pain subside a little. Now most of that pain is gone so it's worse than usual.

Cru....do ya need a private duty nurse? I seem to be offering my services alot on this site lately! There's a great rub you can get called recovery rub. It really works! Anyways...thats awful that you've had this since you were 15. I know how bad it hurts!

Luckily it's not all year. Thanks for the idea (recovery rub) I'll look for it. The ben-gay gets old quick. I'm sure it does not hurt as much as what you are going through. For that I am sorry. But I am glad to hear This is the last week for you.

I can really relate to that! There are some herbs that can help reduce the joint pain. And eliminating some things from the diet will help. In fact...I think I'll do a post regarding just that subject. Will work on it and try to post no later than the weekend. This is one of the health things I've been working for myself.
