What do you do first?

I have a habit of collecting amusing things that people have sent me and decided to bring out a few that might be interesting. These are kind of pschye tests in a way. Supposed to tell you what you think about and such. Not sure they really work or not but they seem to fit most people I know. Anyway here is the first.

For the purpose of the story assume anything asked is true. If it says you are a pogo-stick hopping elephant you are.

You are home alone when the following situations happen. The doorbell rings, the phone rings, the baby begins crying in the other room, you have left the water running in the kitchen and you catch a glimpse of thunder reminding you that your clothes are hanging on the line to dry outside.

What do you do? Reply with the answers in order of what you would do 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th. I'll post the 'meanings' in a few days or email me if you can't stand waiting.

For me, first I'd start worrying the shrink-a-dink to hell by asking him specifics, like is the water running in the kitchen sink, is the plug in, or what? I can't imagine having left water running in the first place.*L*

Anyway, let's see what I would take care of in what order:

1. baby
2. doorbell
3. phone
4. water
5. clothes

At least I think so for th order of 5; I don't like to waste water, and it doesn't say if it could be also flooding the floor. A little rain isn't going to hurt the clothes, but on the other hand if I DO have to rewash them it's going to waste water.

The baby is a human being with immediate needs; on a slightly lower level {and for being present, in person} the person at the door then the phone. I don't want my living space to get messed up more than I don't want a small set of things to {possibly} get messed up.

Make sense to you? How did you place those things?

P.S. After taking care of all that, I'd finish by going outside and playing in the rain.

  1. turn water off so the whole house wont flood before I get back to it with everything else going on.
  2. See what the baby is crying about
  3. answer the door because the answering machine can get the phone if it stops ringing.
  4. answer the phone if it is still ringing.
  5. get the clothes, if they are wet they can be washed again.

ya know, you could make that more challenging by saying you have no answering machine and that you only have so much time to do laundry in lol....hehehe
