I am tired... very tired. I never got to sleep til at least 6am cus i spent the majority of the night on the phone to my boyfriend, but it was worth it.

There was some mix up and i had to get up and ready for 9.20 am. But i didnt have to go to my interview in the first place. so i went out and posted a letter.

now im just bored and have a horrible feeling... i cant quite tell what it is but it feel like ill.

maybe i need food...

Food is good. Get some Cheerio's... you'll feel better.

I get those feelings myself - alot... Coffee usually get's me back into a more positive mindset, at least until I figure out what it is that's nagging at me. and the blogs are as good a place as any to explore it.

LUCK!

Food, sleep, sex, water. All needed to sustain you. Food to nourish your body, sleep to allow your body to recover, sex to keep your mind straight, and water to flush your body clean and keep you hydrated. Do you want to go without any of these? And how can your life be boring ? You look so cute and sexy!!! I'm sure you have many people wanting to have fun with you!!!

That sleep cycle will not do you too well in school, or with jobs, but welcome to blogland anyway

As a fellow insomniac, I'll echo what everyone else is saying, you need to try and sort it out, it plays havoc with your life if you don't (especially the older you get).

Anyway, let me add my welcome to those you've already received.

Take care

As a fellow student, I know how you feel. Having to put in 12+ hour shifts at the hospital as part of my training doesn't do much for developing a regular sleep pattern either.

Just need to work at it gradually. Try going to bed at 3am for a week, then move it forward to 2am the following week, etc. It takes time but like most other things, your sleep routine is a conditioned response. You just need to recondition yourself. And yes, I know, it's not as easy as it sounds.

Take care.

A young lady like yourself needs a good sleep routine, I am a good example of not enought sleep will turn you old quick, When I was younger I worked 16-18 hrs a day, then partied every night. Now I'm 40 and get told I look 55-60. so take care and goodluck
