Id have a small holding & take in all the injured & unwanted bunnies that are sent to rescue centres in England. I give them homes for life & allow local children to come in after school & weekends to help care for them & play with them.

It would be on an appointment type basis & free but donations accepted to help with food costs. Id grow all my own veg & fruit to keep costs lower.

Having children come in to help care for these bunnies would give two purposes.

1/teach children the benefits of owning a pet & also the downside. Get them to feel some responsibility towards animals & bring out their caring side.

2/ it would give these animals a safe & happy environment to grow old in & maybe find them a new home to be loved.

Any rabbit that someone wants would be free to a good home, but as i dont believe in keeping a rabbit cooped up all day in a small hutch i would make a house visit to make sure they have appropriate room for him/her to play & grow.

Thats what i want to do more than anything. My local vet supports my idea on this but i just dont have the money to own a suitable place to do it.

One day i hope i will though.

Lap dancer in an old folks home. One of the few places I'd be the youngest one there! And no danger of getting molested either!

I love your idea - its so you. Anyone who cares about animals is really high up in my book, they need all the help they can get these days. Especially as you want to educate as well as protect. I'd love to do something to protect Whales and dolphins. I think we should make an appeal on Blogland to get you plan started.......lets think something up.

No, you certainly did NOT scare me off yet! I dont care where the 'marriage vows' take place and I'd go anywhere that would make you happy afterwards! If youre happy, then I know I'll be happy! (and vice versa) Thats what happiness is....to be happy and to "stay" happy! Its not hard!

PS~ I'll be anxiously awaiting your arrival! In complete bliss!

Hilarious, I love it, I nearly fell off my chair laughing. You'd have quite a job on your hands.

Well the las vegas idea was just a joke, a wedding has to be more classy and meaningful, but not the grand canyon thats a definate, I promised myself that on my visit there! But don't fall in love with a fantasy you may have of me that I might not live upto. Lets take things step by step. I look forward to talking to you lots more ~(colorado doesn't put you off then? didn't think I'd get away with that)
