Tomorrow I am off to the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Specatular at the Grand Ole Opry House. A grand event, promising to deliver loads of Christmas surprises sure to dazzle and amaze me. Yet it is not the show that excites me as much as the thought of seeing it through my children's eyes.

These kind of things always make me cry, for the sheer bliss on my children's faces is the ultimate reward. I love seeing the smiles plastered on their faces, their little bodies shaking with excitement, their voices reflecting their enjoyment as they shreak with laughter. It is in this time that I truly feel all the blessings life has to offer me. It is in times of sorrow that I think of these moments and instantly feel comforted. They are my beacons, the lights at the end of my dark tunnel. Without them, I would truly be lost.

May God bless with you with your beacons this holiday season and throughout the year.
