will the night

"will the night last forever?
stay by my side ...
'cause tonight together
would be divine ..."

Due to technical difficulties today's report had been somewhat delayed, though thanks to the wonders of modern roboengineering we are proud to bring you an excerpt from our recent satallite-link discussion with the mighty R. At his request we've edited out what he'd refered to as the "rambling nonsense" portion of the conversation. The following is what R had to say:

" For the first time in a long time I feel inspired ... truely inspired. It's such a magical feeling that I wish I could describe, though with so many truely beautiful things mere words alone fail to capture the true essence of it all ...

Have you ever heard the song 'thirteen' ? It's an older song, one that's been covered many times ~

"won't you let me walk you home from school?
won't you let me meet you at the pool?
maybe Friday I can get tickets for the dance
and I'll take you ... "

That youthful sense of wonder, giddiness and excitement ...

Were you to ask me, *that* is how I feel today. Though as with most things it's so much more complex than that, so many subtle swirling moments of thought and feeling ...

A bit of what I suppose you might call *not so pure* thoughts mixed in with the sweet ...

Unfortunately that is all we have time for at the moment. We have, however just recieved via fax the following message from R that we assured him would make it to print in time. As with many of his statements this is one he'd urged us to include, no matter how seemingly cryptic or obscure. So for now we leave you with these parting words :

"Yes. Definitely."

Since I've been listening to so much Elliott Smith lately I can't help but quote another of his songs here ...

"I'm in love with the world
through the eyes of a girl ... "

And believe me curvalicious ... not only are you more welcome than I could ever describe with words, but you deserve a *very* big thanks as well.

*allows a smile to wash over his features ( or more likely the one that's been there all day has only continued to grow brighter ) and then continues*

Thank you.
