About two weeks ago, I went down to the basement to do a load of laundry. The lid of the washer was open. I dumped the detergent in the machine, and looked in just in see a thin gray something in the bottom of the machine. Now at first I thought I imagined it, but upon closer inspection, I realized I didn't

You are probably asking, "What did you see?" Well, let me tell you. It was the tail of the mouse who was hiding under the agitator!!!!!

I shrieked, closed the lid, and ran upstairs. I posted a note on the asement door that said:

Then I went to work.

Candy- I remember the day I was in the living room when my Mom screamed my name, Rushing into the bedroom , Mom was holding one of her shoes by the toe- "I Put my foot in the shoe & it SQUEAKED!!!"
I calmly took the shoe from her took it outside still holding it by the toe, flicked my wrist, 1 poor mouse now in heel of shoe, I flipped the poor thing onto the lawn it looked at me & then went on its way. Now your going to check your shoes every time you put them on ARN"T YOU???? JIM

A couple of weeks back I was catsitting at my parents house.Their cat bought me a little vole as a present. However it decided it would be more fun to give it to me alive!

It kept toying with it and eventually got bored and wandered off leaving this vole dashing round the living room.It was running on adrenaline and there was no way I could catch it so I decided to open the door to the garden to let it out.

Unfortunately there was a slight step so the vole kept scurrying manically round the room in circles.Being considerate I built it a little ramp out of loose carpet so it could escape. It then proceeded to run under the ramp.Undettered I realised that this was going to require a more sophistivated approach and called in the vole escape planning committee.

After much deliberation we came up with a plan.We had to construct and construct fast.Doors were shut, exits were sealed off and barricades erected. Then we channelled our quarry until it had no option.

A new access channel and ramp were quickly erected and in no time at all the vole was freeee............

and that was how I spent a whole evening chasing a vole.......
