Sexercise - my new weight loss plan!

I have come up with a new weight loss plan.. I call it sexercise. The plan is very simple-
Have a LOT of sex & workout as often as you like.

Average calories burnt while having sex as per your level:

Fitness level 1 - Sexual intercourse, leisurely - 20 Min - 124 cal

Fitness level 2 - Sexual intercourse, average - 20 Min - 176 cal

Fitness Level 3- Sexual intercourse, intense - 20 Min - 227 cal

So as an example, to dump that ten lbs you want to lose, you will need to have intense sexual intercourse for 20 minutes around 154 times - or if I did the math right about 3000 hours. There could be worse ways to do this... so I say it works for me... what about you??

math 20 min X 154 = 3080 min divided by 60 min = 51.33333333333333333333 hrs ok still is a good way to loose the pounds

Ahhh but what if the sex was intense but bad? I could envision leaning over, grabbing a sandwich to while away the time (pump, bite, chew, thrust). LOL Think that would pack on the pounds and not POUND out the flab (heh heh).

I agree with you 100%. Let's all sexercise and become ultra buff. And they say exercising in groups is more fun and encouraging... wink wink...
