Love to make chili! Just made a batch last week for my job. Pretty standard stuff. I'm not normally a bean fan, but I do add them to my chili - red, not black. Plenty of peppers and onion, diced tomato, ground beef, mucho spices, lotsa simmering - add large quantity of jalapenos with juice, and lotsa more simmering!

Hot chili and cold beer on a winter's night can not be beat!

Ah, Its you again, Your Angel Feathers and your Blood Stains...

Nothing wrong with beans. I actually dislike huge hunks of tomato more than beans. I generally use black beans, well diced tomatos, chili and bell peppers, onions, garlic, ground beef, ground italian sausage, and bite size chunks of stew beef. Nad among the many spices I put in, i ALWAYS use a HEAVY amount of cumin. After it's done, top it off with some shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion (white and green) and some sliced black olives, and a tall cold glass of milk.
