Why Cheat ??

Whether you're a Man or a woman, I hear SOOOOOOO Many stories of people cheating, but really, without explanation ?? or reason, and I HAVE to say, it's MAINLY the guy who cheats, obviously women cheat, But being a Man, that is the perspective I will be taking !!!

With BOTH sides, I agree, If you're treated wrongly, then THAT is strong motivation, some ppl even have partners that are "Closed" to talking (( My wife was one, if ever we "Talked" it would ALWAYS end up in a row, with her accusing me of "Manipulation" ))

One lady friend of mine has a Body to DIE for & a Personality to match, but still, an ex partner cheated on her !! WHY ???

Guys, I'm a guy, but I cannot fathom why, if you have a Lady of the calible of my friend, that you would cheat ?? I KNOW that according to a few prominent people that it is in the Male Physcie to "Spread the seed!" But if you make such a commitment to marry someone, that you'd cheat on her ?? If you're at that level of sexual & Emotional commitment, WHY would you "Risk" all that for just sex ?? Especially if your partner was open to any & all conversations ??

To me, If I was Partially or Totally commited, and I KNEW my partner was approachable to "Talk"
I would NEVER risk my possible futures Happiness, Just to get my "Leg over" !!

Truth has a Habit of ALWAYS coming back & Biting you in the ASS !! However much you're "Sure" you'll get away with it !!! But WHY put yourselves in a "Position" to be caught ??

It just seems TOO much of a "Sacrifice" to cheat !!!

Sometimes I think the temptation of new sex is just too much for some to resist.

But WHY ?? there is SOOOO much too lose ?? It's like playing "Russian roulette" with a full compliment of Bullets !!

Sure, temptation is strong, But if you ARE tempted, then you have to look at your relationship, because obviously, somethings missing !!
EVERYONE in a relationship "LOOKS" at others, may even pass comment, I know I do, But that's just "Window shopping", It's when you try the "Goods" on that leads to trouble !!

i do not believe humans are monogamous naturally.. i believe it is an enforced state of being, and has been for for a couple centuries or more..

if monogamy was natural for mankind it would just happen.. and/or the "cheating numbers would be minuscule and not at least 60%(m) and a bit less for female..

looking to the animal kingdom you will find many species that mate for life, and if their partner is killed never mate again, and many more that do the deed and depart..

does the eagle sit in his nest wondering about the lady eagle in the next forest? no.. he stays home with his mate.. and hummingbirds are highly promiscuous!

my thought anyhow

my ex cheated on me a few times.. once about two weeks after the wedding...
i never strayed even tho we had sex about 3X a year for the last years.. until we had already agreed we were parting.. i had a hot thing with a guy for a couple of nights.. for me it was only to feel desirable again..

Some people just love the adrenalin rush that illicit sex brings. I suppose its the difference between a lesiure summer picnic and a roller coaster. (if there are no reasons!)

But is the Adrenaline rush worth such a risk ??? I really that depends on the person, but I wouldn't if I was happy.
