Tuesday Night Ramblings 3-D

Thoughts that go through my head while wondering how many times the rest of the women on The View have felt like bitch-slapping Star Jones:

* There's comedy, there's high comedy, there's transcedent comedy, then there's Jeff Foxworthy's victory dance after shooting and killing a ram on ESPN Outdoors.

* And while I'm on blue-collar comedians, instead of shooting rams, shouldn't Foxworthy be shooting at Larry The Cable Guy? That man deserves an arrow in the ass for that God-awful "GIT R DUN!" slogan.

* Mmmmm... Fruity Pebbles...

* I don't care what they say, Sealab 2021 is STILL the funniest of the Adult Swim cartoons. "Fignuts!"

* In a perfect world, the State of the Union address would be given by James Earl Jones.

* Dustin Diamond's character Screech from Saved by the Bell is a landmark character in that it dared to have a white boy lust hard after a black girl in the Reagan-drenched, white-bread 1980s. Hell, you don't see this on TV today.

* There are more fun things to waste your time with than the Intellivision TV Plug-In game... but I can't think of any.

* Reason #4731 not to give up your VCR: that great Pia Zadora vehicle, Butterfly, will not see the light of DVD anytime soon.

And last, but not least...

* Just once, I want to implore the car next to me to roll down their window, just so I can say, in my best stuffy British voice, "Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?"

Of course, that begs to ask... what if they DID?
