GRRRRRRRRR!!! Tonight is a harddddd night! I don't know what is wrong but I want to eat anything in the kitchen that is not moving or bites me first

I know its the binge mode in my brain and I have done all sorts of things to try to shut it off. I have just finished rereading my posts and I think the urge is calmer now.

My tummy has not growled and throwed such a tantrum since the first week I joined WW.

I think I will make a cup of hot tea and see if that helps. I have eaten good all day, so it should not be doing this! But I did have an upsetting phone call and guess that has been on my mind.

On another nicer note, I have my 4th weigh in tomorrow night! After walking all this week, one mile a day, I can't wait to see what a difference that has made, if any.

If I get through this night safe from the binge monster I will be happy!

Think nice thoughts and send them my way if you read this tonight!! I'm sending out an SOS!!

Hang in there berrigal2. Drinking a lot of water at one time may take away the binge triggers.... No calories there. Losing weight is one of the hardest (no pun intended) things anyone to overcumm. Try reading a romantic or eroctic story, and get involed pleasing yourself, it will burn up more calories.

One more suggestion for you, do not completely give up something you really enjoy eating. You can have it once in a while, and not cause you the mad cravings for it. Eat less of something else or do something to burn up the extra calories.

Take care.

Keep On Blogging!!!! Have a great day.

Cajon stole my suggestion - you bastard! (picture the South Park kid)

I drink an 8oz glass of water all at once. It squelches those hunger pains fast.

Death to the binge monster!
