Journey to a Healthier ME!

Okay, I have official notice, my thighs are divorcing the rest of my body. I walked up and down my basement steps doing 7 loads of laundry today. Then I got the bright idea to walk not one quarter of a mile....nope, I walked a half a

The thighs are so tender and sore I dread the morning. But maybe tomorrow I can expand to 3/4 mile?? SHHHHH!!! Don't tell my thighs!

I am glad to see you are following WW. They have a very sane plan. One thing I would recommend, if you are not doing it already, is carry plenty of food with you. I always have apples, water, a small insulated lunch bag with yougurt, maybe green beans or a some sweet potato. Soy nuts for the crunchy cravings, strawberry twizzlers are not a bad choice if you have a sweet tooth. I am addicted to sugar free fruit lifesavers.

don't push too fast. how bout several days or a week before u increase the distance?

Good one, before you know it the half mile will seem like nothing but doesn't pay to push too hard at first - good hot soak in the bath does wonders for tired muscles.
