Dry Wall Dust

Is there anything harder to clean and get rid of than dry wall dust???? OMG!!! We had some patching to do on the living room wall before it could be painted.

I was told to COVER everything. I did. But after the sanding stopped and the clean up began I wanted to cry. That white stuff gets everywhere!!! I have wiped, washed, swept, used the shop vac, and I still find it!! A week later and it's still here!!

I think I'm getting paranoid...lol...I can even feel it on my skin! I remember a thing called paneling, today I think they call it a fancy name like beadboard, or maybe that's different from paneling. Looks the same on the DIY channel though.

I vote for anything but drywall!!!

Next time we take on a home project, if anyone says drywall I will personally hit them with a 2x4!! LOL

Oh, it's bad, all right. Between a shop vac and lots and lots of tack cloth, I've always managed to get all of it up eventually. But it can take a long time. You may just have to keep trying.

I'll research it, and if I run across a better method, I'll let you know.
