Girl's Club

There are moments in my life where I really am aggravated by the opposite sex...
Or, perhaps it is just normal gender rivalry due to living my life in such closed quarters with my partner. The differences in the Nature/Nurture dillemma seems to rear their head from time to time and I just want to either be alone, or in a room with understanding women that can relate to my concerns.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MEN...
(Well, certain ones, at least)
But there are times where our thinking patterns and priorities don't go peacefully hand in hand, and I feel like I should go running for the nearest copies of Pop Drabble--the 'Venus and Mars' book series.
I'm not feeling like my relationship, my life, or my senses are balanced today.
Who else shares my prickly mood?

Taking a deep breath....

That's the way emotions ARE.. they come and go..

Like a teeter- totter.. up and down.. some sort of balance happens..

The Venus & Mars books, men & Women. Not so my fair lady, you have been entrapped by the virtues of what has gone before, the cultural transmission of what has been (somehow!). Soul a la soul should be the the guise of your forthcomming. Do not trivialise yourself with the matters of culturally fooled advertisments, try more to think as one! Are you not a soul of this world? Are you not the lady that can happily feed the ducks while talking of Talstoy..... J.K.Rowling...... Dostyevski (not spelt corectly, but for a reason!)..... Bill Buford...... Jane Goodall etc..... ? & still see the beauty of a personably admired portrait from the late, great Vallego (look closer)? Who is the the world that is not you, I ask! Who is the the humanity that cannot see with those eyes, & seek social contact with those thoughts?

Be brave, not distinguished in this guise!

Male/female relationships are like the cycle of water. Storms along the way are inevitable, but the same process of rain to currents to humidity back to rain again continues, unabated. *smiling*
