Returning emails

I am wondering why so many people on this site don't have the common courtesy to respond to emails. I just can't figure it out. I would love to see some type of gauge that would let members know what percentage of emails they respond to.That way you would know just how lame that member is and the few of us that that are for real wouldn't have to waste our time with wannabe players. For any of you whom I am referring to all you have to do is use the quick response button it doesn't take any time at all and it makes you atleast appear to be somewhat courteous. Secondly for the standard member who can only receive ten emails a day you really don't want nine of them to be from the same someone who you don't want to meet. This site would be a whole lot better if the lame members where to either leave or learn how to use the quick response button

Wow, I so agree, I am new to the site, although agree it seems simple courtesy to respond some how, interested, not interested, got our email thanks, ect. Enjoy your search, wish WE fit your profile more.

I've gotten used to it. I send out quite a few, usually with no response. I suppose if I was 30 years younger and handsome as an Italian beach boy with a 6 pack gut, things would be better.

Probably then folks would consider me a fake and not respond anyway.

Such are the way things are in the world of Internet Fun. You get used to it after a while. One idea is that if you find someone you're really interested in, mail more than once. They can always block you if they think you're really disgusting. Sometimes you have to show them you're seriously interested.

I used to be polite, and thought that if there was no response, she's not interested, and off to the next one. I'm slowly changing that.

After all, women get hit on constantly. Usually poorly, so they're used to it. We men are different. If someone bothers us, there's usually some discussion.

I find it difficult to believe how many people think they can do this well without a membership. I read profs, usually thoroughly, and a man can't do that w/o a membership.

I realize the gals have a different problem. For them, it's being on the wrong end of a firehose. So you've got to make your notes attention getting from the start, or you're lost in the crowd.

I found that it took me about a year to get used to the program and calm down about it. Take the time to read a lot of blogs. There are some very interesting, thoughtful and funny folks here.

Best of luck, all.

I joined this site and wasnt allowed to view emails.

It took about 6 weeks as a standard member to accumulate enough points so that AdultFriendFinder would let me see them, and allow a reply. In that time I lost a couple of friends.

I still can't send an email, only reply to ones I receive. It would be wonderful to have 10 a day lol.

I suspect I am not the only one in this position...

When I'm good I'm very, very good but when I'm bad I'm better
