Passive Frauen?

Hallo!

Dear diary,

ok, finally today I made it, visited the Metropolitan Museum of Arts. Very nice place. It is really cool that there are exhibitions about arts from all continents. This is something we hardly have in Europe. In this kind of way Europe is very Europe centric, nearly as bad as US news (besides CNN international, but I don't consider Fox news to be news at all).

I found the Asian Arts section especially interesting. Some of the Chinese exhibits are from up to 4000 BC! Amazing. I think in Europe 'people' still lived in caves and covered themselves with raw furs .... So much for the 'superior Western culture'. Also Indian arts. The ancient Indian pantheon is really interesting. Should look at that in more detail ... Chinese calligraphy and Japanese paintings, wow. This is all quite different from our well-known Western arts, but nevertheless very beautiful. It was really great to see this.

Back to Europe. To be fair, the Greeks and the Romans also had a very interesting culture (I really like the Greek arts and also their mythology. Somehow this still catches up with us today, just think of all the TV series (Hercules, Xena, ... and films these legends inspired).

But then unfortunately the Catholic Church as political power emerged from the remains of the Roman empire and ... well, hindered the rediscovery of classic knowledge for around a thousand years (discovering something not by the book (bible, literal interpretation) was not something you easily survived). Bad luck Europe.

But to be fair, the Catholic Church is learning. Just a few years ago they admitted that Galileo was right: Earth is not flat and the center of the universe, indeed. And by the way, sorry for the crusades (for all Americans who did not get it - pure sarcasm . It's my own religion (still, although there are maaany things I criticize) - so please allow my cynic comments. Anyway, today it also seems to be en vogue to take the bible literally again. Creationism vs. Darwin. Ok, won't go into that here

Back to Met. There are currently two interesting special exhibitions. One about arts in Prague in the 14th century (been in Prague several times, so this was not tooo interesting for me, but in general it is a good exhibition if you are interested), and one showing photography as 'the optimal medium for mysticism'. There were a lot of 'spirit photos' (showing deceased people), photos showing mediums levitating things, and so on. Well, I don't really believe in this kind of thing, but it was definitely funny and interesting. The authenticity of the photos is not discussed (on purpose), but there is a lot of interesting background information.

They even renewed the cafeteria completely, you now can actually eat there! If you haven't been there in a while, it's definitely worth it. Check it out!

So much for today,
ah

Discovered the IM tool

Dear diary,

today I discovered the AdultFriendFinder chat tool. Much better than winks and mails, chat is instant reply!

Was fun, kind of.

Fun talking to people, kind of because of that tool ... it's a pain. But ok, there are other chat around, so no problem.

The standard membership is more and more being painful. I feel like they are continuously restricting it. I though when I signed up I was able to look at and read profiles, write mails, etc. No more. 10 winks per day, a joke. Do winks actually work? I don't know ...

The IM tool is more liberal there I like it!

Until tomorrow

PS: didn't make it to the Met today - couldn't convince myself to leave the house and face rain and wind .... maybe tomorrow.

Ok, today a film critic. Serenity is currently playing at theatres, and has been advertised as 'similar to star wars'. Well maybe to episode one, which imho is a film made for . I was veeerry disappointed by it. Well, Serenity is in the line with Episode one, I agree.

The actual behavior of most of the characters is only a flat copy of well known heroes, especially from star wars. The captain, clearly Han Solo, the pilot - there was a film I think with Sean Connery as a police officer on a mining colony which is attacked, and one of his helpers (a pilot, who might have guessed?) looks nearly the same, and also dies the same was. Flat copy. The 16 year old superfighter girl - Dark Angel, and a bit Lilo from the fifth element. Could be continued ...

The makers obviously also knew the file "Final Fantasy - The spirits within" - some of the characters are somewhat mystically flavored. Bits and pieces mixed and the result is .... shallow. Just a flat copy. Ouch.

Is it so hard to create a SciFi film which - besides nice special effects - also has some interesting logical plot? Maybe it is. Wing Commander was even better, and this was a film inspired by a computer game ...

Save the money, buy a box of condoms and use them, is much more fun, promised ....

Anyone else seen the film and has a better opinion? Maybe I just didn't get it ...
ah

Plans for the weekend: as it will be raining either go to MoMa and Met or find a girl to have fun with (maybe after MoMa/Met). Any nice girls interested in arts and willing to join? It's much more fun together ....

Trip to New Jersey

Today I had to go to New Jersey. It's rather interesting to get out of the city, the America across the Hudson is quite different from NYC.

I remember there is a song by The Bloodhound Gang titled 'The 10 most interesting things about New Jersey'. It's 20 seconds silence. Didn't understand that joke for some time (guess you need some background knowledge, picked that up by now), but apparently New Jersey has the reputation to be rather boring. Can't say I agree. I found it rather interesting. Some of the small towns I came through just looked like from some movie. Smallville live. Well, on the other hand I am just visiting, don't know how it is to live in a city where the biggest attraction is the mall. On the other hand, NYC is close, so why bother?

The other stereotype I heard about NJ is: "You're from New Jersey? Which exit do you live on?". Guess there is more truth in that And they are still building more. Never seen so many highways cramped in a region, ever. Interesting. This is really amazing. So, if you're from NJ - I guess there has to be an exit very close. Which exit do you life on?

Population density in Europe on average is much higher than here in the states. Nevertheless, in Europe there is far less space for roads, and the lanes are narrower and there are also less of them - but people drive faster and more aggressive, maybe thus the same throughput is achieved. Would be interesting to compare accident statistics. Traffic even in Manhattan is rather relaxed (even if it serves to define 'a New York second'). You should experience traffic in Rome or Paris. That's scary!

Good night!

Dear diary,

had an exhausting day today. As usual on my way home the train just left when I arrived at the station. If it's gone when you arrive, find, but when you see it leave ... Gosh! And half an hour for the next train, when you basically just want to come home that's like forever. Anyway, I finally made it. Got a shower, felt much better after it. It's like washing off all unpleasant things that happened during the day. Not that there is actually a problem, but work sometimes just can be tedious. Just look forward, there will be more interesting things soon

Today I noticed again that Americans are not very familiar with the concept of irony (ok, just outed myself as an European). Why is that? Or am I just wrong here?

For me this is actually hard, as I can be a very ironic person (I try to avoid sarcasm, though . It can be really embarrassing when you are kidding and people take your words literally. Gosh! I have to learn that .... Seems in Canada they are more familiar with the concept. Briefly met a Canadian girl at Starbucks this morning, she understood (really pretty btw, but unfortunately just picked up a coffee and was gone ...).

Ok, let's see - the evening has just begun. Get some food, and then maybe go out a bit. Hey, I'm leaving NYC again ;( in not even four weeks .... so I'll enjoy my time here )

Deflowering my blog

Hi everybody!

So this is it, my own blog. Freshly created. I basically want to use this as a kind of public diary. Enjoy to read what happened to me here in NYC. Some might be real, some fiction. Hey, I'm here to have fun

Yesterday I just set up this account. Just a basic account (maybe I'll upgrade later ...), but I am curious what will happen. Posted a bunch of photos of myself (it's really me!) - can't believe I did that. I guess I am still too new ... Apart from a video introduction this profile is now pretty set up. Let me know what you think of it, I'm curious.

Well, today I got two mails, already. Two males, not quite what I hoped for (no offence meant, but I am really a straight guy, not even bi-curious). Was a bit of a surprise. However they seemed to like my photos. Hope my profile will also attract some females. We'll see. That's basically always the major question: what do women like? I love it if girls actually express their wishes. Hey - don't get me wrong, I am not looking for a domina, just talk. Or let me know somehow, guessing can go wrong, you know?

So what am I looking for. Well, here, on this cite ... I guess you all know. Sex is important for me, I just love it. Up to now, I only had good old one-on-one sex, but I am really curious. I especially fantasize about having sex while being watched, and also watching a couple fucking. Taking pictures also turns me on. When I took those pictures for my homepage, my cock was rock-hard. Cold shower didn't help at all, had to relieve myself. Oh, I really miss a gorgeous female! Right now, I'd love to .... girls, come on, let's play!

So much for today, I'll be back tomorrow ... Shit I am so horny, have to masturbate again.
