Prime choice cuts of "MEAT"............


Browsing through this site...I have cum to the conclusion that it resembles a "meat" market
...With primarily very good choice cuts of "meat"!

Filet Mignon ...a tender, hand selected choice cut of "meat"...aged to perfection and is simply in a class all by itself. Melts in your melt and cums with it's own natural juices.

Prime Rib ...Trimmed and perfectly aged....Has a "succulent" flavor in every bite.

Pork Center Loin...a very small amount of fat on the outside but very firm and pink in color.

Tenderloin ...Not quite as juicy as the filet mignon but you can definitely savor the delicious tenderness of this meat.

Black Angus Natural ...properly aged for tenderness and "FULL" flavor. Uses variety for "mealtime" versatility.

Tube Steak ...tubular in shape...usually 6-7 inches long but slender in width.

Chicken ...NEED I say more?

How about a tri-tip. A rare cut of meat found out west. Great for the BBQ & outdoor taste-tests.
Hard to find, but youll want seconds & never forget it after you try it!!!
