Take this job and shove it?

I was at work today, thinking what I usually think while I'm there. Why the hell do I work here? Then I started thinking about what if I wasn't a nurse, what would I be? What if I'd never had the opportunity to go to school? I started thinking about all the crappy jobs I could have. What's the crappiest job you ever had? Was it the least paying?

For me it would have to be when I was 15. I worked at Chik-Fil-A for about 3 months. I got paid 2.65 (I think) an hour. I hated it, but loved the money, this was back when gas cost about 40 cents a gallon, if that much, so those measily bucks went far!!

Yeah I did that too, cleaned every damn thing in the place. What am I talking about, hell I still do it! If it's not up to Mac's standards at work, it gets cleaned again!

Was layed off for almost two years, and tried a little bit of everything during that period, cause I was a single parent with two kids. The worst job had to be working in a pork processing plant, making "chitlins". When I was called up for Desert Storm, I told the boss, and he said that since I was still probationary, they didn't have to hold my job for me, and I said "Great! I didn't plan on coming back anyway!" Wouldn't eat chitlins before, cause I knew what they were... after seeing them made, it's even less likely now!
