Sleep


After getting a lot of sleep over the weekend, I really do feel a BUNCH better. I have found that the ideal amount of sleep, for me, is between 6 and 7 hours. If I get anywhere near 8, I feel sluggish all day long. If I sleep 9, I feel great, but have problems sleeping the next night! Isn't that weird? What is your sleep schedule like?

I need about 6-7 hours a night. I don't function well on 4-5 hours...feel like I never woke up if it is more then 8.

greeneyes - I could sleep anywhere between 9 and 10. But, like you, my best is between 6 and 7.

mzhuny - Wow, that's little sleep! I'll bet you can get a whole lot of stuff done throughout the day though.
