This walking thing is starting to work out. I remember when that walk to McDonald’s was an effort. Now I look up and there I am. I don’t feel it until I get back. I’m doing 40 to 60 minutes a day. I want to get a bicycle and that way I’ll never be seen again. Missing, daddy went to get a loaf of bread and hasn’t been seen since. I remember I used to walk from 8400 S. Morgan to 9500 S. Western. It was around an hour of walking and 1.5 to 2 miles in distance. I want to take my kids on this walk to show them what I did as a kid.

Walking is good, but how does your little buddy feel about it?LOL Seriously, good for you. Excercise is good for the mind as well as the body.

My therapist recommended that the stationary bike was best for me. Bad knees. Good for you!!

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad that you are doing something. Maybe if I started earlier, some of my problems wouldn't be problems.
