Penis stretching exercises
Penis stretching exercises I've tried penis stretching and have found it works. The change isn't radical, but it's noticeable. A couple of years ago I set out on a month-long regimen of dick enlargement, taking it very slowly. I tried two techniques, one for lengthening and one for thickening. For lengthening, I used the technique where you firmly place your right index and middle finger at the base of your fairly limp cock and grab the head with your left and tug rhythmically upward. You repeat these repetitions for about ten minutes, tugging in slightly different directions--a bit to the left, a bit to the right, upward, and downward. For thickening, I tried what's called jelqing. To do this, you start by coating your somewhat stiffened dick with baby oil. Again you place two fingers of your right hand at the base of your cock, pressing firmly against your body. Then, forming a ring with the thumb and first finger of your left hand, you grab your cock at the base and slide upward to the head. You do this repeatedly for about five or ten minutes. What this does, theoretically, is force blood upward along the corpus cavernosum and into the glans, or head, causing an increase in the volume of the spongy tissue. The shaft gets slightly larger in circumference and the head becomes larger when swollen. You do these things with extreme caution, never applying excessive force. Does it work? Well, after a month of this my woman began commenting during sex, moaning and sometimes even flinching when I thrust deeply, saying "Oh, it's so deep!" She certainly seemed to enjoy the results! |
