I'm mourning.. :'(

A dear friend of mine is incurably ill. This Friday I was told that he can't be helped anymore and that it's a matter of time before he passes away. I picked him up from where he got diagnosed today and I was so sad! The radio was on and when I heard Runaway Train I couldnt keep it dry anymore and I cried the whole way home.

We've been dear close friends for the past two years and we had so much fun together!! We drove all through the country from party to party, from adventure to adventure.. In the dark.. music loud.. smoking cigarettes and laughing out loud! Flirting in the traffic jams.. Playing tag with random bypassers.. We've been through so much together!

My friends don't understand why I'm so sad about it. I can't explain it either.. I know it's silly ya know.. it's just a car.. But he really means so much to me that I get overwhealmed with sorrow when I think that we have to part this monday.. His replacement is already lined up and ready to be pimped.. but I can't be excited about it.. My little read PornMobile will be stripped from all the pride he's got left and squashed into a little square box :'( ......... My baby..

Gawd I'm sucha dork.. I can't get attached to people and it's so hard for me to open up to them.. but a car.. right.. yeah.. my car is one of my dearest friends. Reliable, fun to be around with and we're so in tune with eachother it's amazing. I know his every move and I know exactly how much he can or can't handle..

And now there's this new one.. Toyota Starlet. Grmpffff.. a Jap. Hahaha socket eyes is what they called it in Australia.. I want my little french Pepe lePew! *sniffffffffff*
I'm sure the Starlet and I will bond in time as well, but for now I need time to morn over Pepe..

I think I'll have to play some poker tonight to get my mind distracted from my grief....

I am sorry for your loss.

I had a car that I loved and when it was totalled I cried and when I see a picture of it it still pisses me off that its gone.

Dont worry, you will fall in love again.... *smiles*

Hey SCC, take care babe, if there is anything i can do just let me know.
It might be (just) a car, but a lot off people have a kind of relationship with a vehicle, so do I.

Take care and kisses

God damn it babe...you sound like a man. I have always thought that car is just a thing that takes you from place to another place???

Just kidding...we all miss our beloved cars...I miss my long lost friend...Corolla GTI...sniff

Take care baby!

I've had my baby for 11 years now I think. I haven't put as many miles on it that I should have after being out of the country for so long.

I don't know where I'd be without it. Haha. After my exam on Wednesday, the Jeep is gonna get a nice wash and wax.

I can see the look on the faces of friends I haven't seen in years when I tell them I still drive it. Their response will be "The Jeep lives? Man oh man, get a new car already!"

It's ironic how I recently blogged about car sex too. We know how you feel and sympathize.
