So what is "kinky"....for us normal people?

So I sign up a Passion account....was in a very steady relationship for a while, but have been single for a few months now. Curiosity got the best of me, and I figured why not. It's been entertaining, to say the least.

Anway, I read so many profiles from seemingly "normal" women, wanting to try something a little more kinky than what they're used to, and maybe experiment with something new.

Now, kinky is a very relative term. It sounds to me that these are people that were stuck with a partner that was a bore in the bedroom, a "one trick pony", or simply not there for them. I can relate to that, I've been there a few times myself.

But it's difficult to judge a person form a short profile....kinky for one person may just be having someone pleasure them in all the ways that an uptight or self-centered partner failed to provide them with. Then again, kinky to another person might be dressing up in barbarian costumes and turning the bedroom into something that resembles the gorilla habitat at the zoo!

Me? Hmmm, I'm a pretty regular guy, but I also think that a woman shouldn't be shy about letting her lover know her every desire, and having it fulfilled by a partner should be a pleasure for both. But, I'm also not the kind of person that thought pleasing another person required the use of leather outfits, torture equipment, car batteries, or the assistance of a whip-wielding midget or farm animals of any sort, LOL!

Just thinking aloud today, as I do that a lot, and figured I can rant on this website among a group of people with a more open perspective than most other sites.
