Turning Points

I went to a high school that was operated by a religious organization. I was not subjected to the temptations of drugs or sex. In fact I was a virgin until the age of 21 or 22. I had every intention of becoming a minister, and applied to the college to learn. But I lacked the funds to attend right away, or worked in a saw mill. After looking at the people that worked there, and imagining myself looking like them in ten years, I moved on.

I began to work for the government, and moved to Florida. Once there, the past life without any temptations was stripped away, and there were lots of girls, girls, and more girls. I lived in Fort Walton Beach. I forgot all about going to college to be a minister. If I had, I would probably not be here today writing this blog.

What event in your life, what fork in your road brought you here, and not someplace else, far away?

Just wanted to meet cool adult friends. I live in a small town and it is one where people love to put your business on the sidewalk. So I am carefull who I talk to around here. My group of friends here is super small for that reason, know what I mean.

Indeed interesting turning point.

Well... when I was 20s, I aspired to be a successful career woman who has my own office room and earns 5 figure digits. Now... I'm stuck being a housewife. My friends all admired me except myself, guess I prefer to be a contributor to economic world.

Not too bad though, I still can blog to pass my time.

Make it your challenge.... turn me ON!!

Funny how we try to be something we are not because of "material security" but at the end those material is not enough
