Alone in the Outback

I have thought that somewhere out here in central Queensland where the huge properties and the sapphire mines are that there would be someone looking for me.
Alas, the town I am in has very few single men.
I am OK on my own but in this wild country, it would be great to go fossicking with someone, or camp outdoors, or go taking photographs.
I love being under the stars is wonderful and even better if we are wandering around different places.
This is the start of my search for someone out there who is a mixture of Clint Eastwood and Crocodile Dundee, lashed with a touch of Dynasty and maybe Tom Jones.

Is it truly so barren out there? Perhaps you have not exhausted all your resources yet. Good luck with your search!

Thanks for the comments.
I am actually Ok but sometimes I wonder why I choose to live in the Outback. Other times I know itsbecase I love it.
NT is like where I am except its vaster here..and I mean vaster. Its Huge here and distance is nothing. People travel hundreds of miles just to play sport.
There are many travellers driving through.
The other day I saw a team mustering cattle and wondered what those riders do when they travel along the thousands of kms to their destinations.
Anyway..think I have been in the outback too long day I will get a life.

Actually I am trying my hardest to get a job anywhere around the East coast...Brisbane, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Mackay, Yeppoon, Townsville, Bundaberg, Cairns and of course...any job on the Whitsundays.
I am getting there..sometimes far too slowly to suit me.
