Saturday, down time!

7:15am here in the east, and to damn cold. 26 degrees this morning, so I guess the natural gas people are just jumpin up and down. I hope they choke on it. I am really looking forward to this coming week. I have to work the first three days but am off Thursday, Friday and of course next weekend. I like those four day weekends. I will be out of touch for most of the Thanksgiving holiday. I will be traveling to Virginia to see my sister and her family for T-Day and staying on till Sunday morning before returning here to the old triad. My sis does not have Internet access at her house, it is out in the country and they just do not use it that much anyway so she only gets online when she is in town at work during the week. Works for me, I am gonna just kick back and not think about my situation here, work, or anything for a few days. I am going to look up some old friends as I will be in my hometown. I do not get to see them as much as I would like, so I have to take every opportunity I can to visit. Like it or not, some of my friends are getting on in years and seeing them is getting to mean more than it used to. You never know when the last time you saw them, is going to be the last time.
Ok, enough of that stuff. I hope you all have a great weekend and will be warm, it is to our advantage to keep the energy consumption down.
I have been out to breakfast, finishing up my laundry and getting ready to vacuum the carpet in my room. Once I get that done, I am essentially done for the weekend. I have done some office work at home so far and that is finished too. Damn, I like it when I get caught up. The temp is up to nearly 46 degrees at 10:15am so it is warming and the sun is really out nicely. I figure we will hit about 50 or so today. Actually a quite nice temp for the middle of November. I just hope the weather holds for next week so I can get up and back to Virginia without fighting bad weather. It has been known to snow in the Virginia mountains over the Thanksgiving week, so I am hopin it holds off.
Ok, while this is on my mind, I am not sure if I am going to continue the Monday questions about men and women in crisis after this coming Monday. It seems that of all the people who view this writers notes on life, there would be more who would or could contribute a thought or two. But, it also might be that the questions are not thought provoking enough to get input. I am not a writer by training, this is all off the top of my head with little or know planning on what I am going to say or how to say it. So, still out on the questions, not sure what to do. I may just switch topics, there are plenty of others now aren't there? LOL I know, get a grip. Here is a question for today, heheehehehehehhe, will AdultFriendFinder ever get the spell check working on the blogs? Not so far, it is just hit and miss, with mostly miss winning!
