The nature of water in the diet...

Too many people don't get enough water. IN an article written on superhydration, Dr. Ellington Darden states that when there isn't enough water in the body, the liver takes over much of the function of kidneys. However, the liver's function is to mobilize fat in the body, so with the live now taking over the kidney's function of fitration, fat loss slows to a crawl.

So drink water until the body's excretion runs pale to clear.
