Lets Take An Inside Look at S&M

Well... I was feeling feverish this morning so I decided not to go to work. But I still need to do my research on SEXUAL ADDICTIONS. So while I was into the finding and searching, I want to share some information on S&M. Its also a kind of sexual addiction which can cause harm and injury to our physical bodies. So always play safe and use the code word!

S&M is the ultimate break from thoroughly modern stresses on the self.

Having a respectably hi-powered job. You are regularly making difficult decisions that affect the lives of others, perhaps many others. You need to maintain a highly polished self-image. You like to feel in personal control. You're constantly advancing your independence, your responsibility, your success. (SOUNDS LIKE ME AND YOU!!!)

So how do you take a break? (BECOMING A SEX ADDICT?!?!?!) If you are like an unknown number of others, perhaps you have already signed up for a spanking. (ANY TAKERS?!)

Men and women are acting out fantasies of sexual domination and submission. With their own partners, they turn to rituals of sadomasochism. To borrow their own favorite term, they have happily become "sex slaves" to their submissive desires. (ONE OF MY FANTASIES TO BECOME A SEX SLAVE!!!)

These are the people who desire to be tied up, handcuffed o-o, gagged, or bound in uncomfortable positions; those who desire to be whipped ?* or tormented with droplets of hot wax on bare skin. Some long to receive "an old-fashioned, bare-bottom, over-the-knee spanking." Others desire to be embarrassed, verbally insulted, given commands, made to walk on all fours like a dog, or displayed naked in front of others who are fully clothed.

Have they thoroughly lost their minds? Probably not!

Why would anyone want to escape awareness of the self? Because one self can be very in need. It requires constant upkeep and maintenance. You have to work hard just to maintain a positive self-image. Or "to be in control."

And if there is one thing stress research has taught us, it is that any respite from vulnerability is a good thing. (SO CAN WE FIND OTHER FORM OF ESCAPISM?)

Fantasies of sexual submission turn out to be particularly common among women even though men engage in more masochistic practices than women. Then again, mainly men are more engage in most forms of unusual sexual behavior.

Maybe you have masochistic fantasies that contain some new kind of sex act. Or a first homosexual experience. Or something highly degrading. And that is exactly the point, the shocking degree to which you can, with a little imagination, shed your normal self like some form of escapism.

I have been very interested in works of S&M. Been trying to read this book by Marquis De Sade called "Justine, Philosophy in the Bedroom and Other Writings" since when I cannot remember. Its a very thick erotic literature book. You can get it from Amazon or special order from Borders or Kinokuniya. The pic that I have displayed is cover of the book. Sourced from Amazon

Here is a little introduction about Marquis De Sade, for those who want to know about the Master of Sadism and Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, Master of Masochism.

Marquis de Sade(1740‒1814), French soldier and writer. From the time that he was a young nobleman, Sade consorted with prostitutes and developed a taste for sexual perversions. He was imprisoned on several occasions for his harsh abuse of prostitutes and gross licentiousness. After arriving at the Bastille in 1784 he began writing erotic novels in which he gave full expression to his sexual fantasies. His most famous novel was The Adversities of Virtue (1787). His works are known for their graphic descriptions of sexual perversions. His last years were spent in an insane asylum at Charenton, where he wrote plays for his fellow inmates to perform. His compulsion for physically and sexually abusing others gave rise to the concept of sadism.

If anyone of you had saw the movie, QUILLS, maybe able to relate to him and his stories. BUT NOT ALL!

Leopold von Sacher-Masoch (1836‒1895), Austrian novelist. Sacher-Masoch is most famous for his erotic novels. In these novels the characters dwell at length on sexual pleasure derived from pain. The subject matter reflects Sacher-Masoch's personal life. He had two wives and several mistresses with whom he acted out the sexual fantasies described in his fictional works. Venus in Furs (1870), his most widely read work, reflects his own fetish for furs. By 1893 masochism was an established medical term.

Serene,

Well you don't find out you wouldn't know, so if you find out more you will gain more knowledge. There is nothing wrong in knowing more about sexual addiction. Sex is in everybody's life, everybody love sex, the only thing is in what way.

Cheer
