Tuesday I cheated...

After the gym I had ice cream for lunch. After dinner I found some Fritos in the pantry. When I got on the scale this morning I was shocked!

Todays weight: 165

Down another pound, it must be the water because I'm not cutting my meals that much.

Lots of H2O. Also, you need to start thinking about a work-out routine if you don't have one yet. With weight loss, comes saggy tissue. Just a thought, darlin'

Thanks for the thoughts. I started the work-outs before the diet. I was going to the gym 3 days a week before my work schedule changed, now I go a minimum of twice.

That is great that you can eat anything you want and still lose weight...I am not as lucky as you.

I wouldn't call it anything but it seems like limited quantities are O.K. If I stay on the water I feel full and don't nibble, that was always my weakness.

Thank you. The results are almost a form of motivation. Now if I could see a difference in the mirror I'd really feel great. Walking is good for you but your gardening still works off calories.
XOXO

Thanks, I can use all of the encouragement I can get. Sunday and Monday were rough and I'm almost afraid to get on the scale tomorrow.

Thank you, it's been a lot harder than it was when I was younger but any progress is better than none.
