Damage control


I finally got on the scale to see how much damage I did last weekend.

Todays weight: 172

I really must have been a pig. Oh well, time to watch everything and drink a lot of water, lol.

I'm glad one of us knows that I can do it, lol. I'm getting bored with the machines, maybe I should try free weights again.

Rock{=}You got my supportI find it so much easier to find things that I like to do...so you do get bored and overwhelmed...nature walks, riding a bike, swimming and even working around your yard is go exercise...but it doesn't really seem like exercise And they do say 'SEX' is great exercise too

OhSo,
It was a good weekend. I spent both days at a hockey rink with my son. It's a good news bad news thing. He made the team he wanted to but it's 45 miles each way to practice and he doesn't have his license yet, lol. I walked around the rink a lot and drank a lot of water, tomorrow the scale will tell all.
