A Thank You Note

Mr. Faryani,
My professors (you in particular),have been great in understanding that I have been pregnant this semester. Morning sickness and doctor's appts. cause me to miss class and you have always been willing to meet with me and help me keep up with my schoolwork. You really seem to want to see me succeed, and that's really important to me.

I wanted to write you this note and thank you. You have been a wonderful professor this semester. You proved to me that I really CAN do Algebra, even after 7 years. I am very grateful for that. Your teaching style has really given me the confidence I need to go onto PreCalculus this fall and beyond. I warn you though, if I get lost, I'm gonna come hunt you down for help!

Thank you again. Keep doing what you do. Your passion for teaching shines through to your class.

I wrote this for my Math prof this semester. I'm not trying to suck up, I know my grade, (an A) but I wanted him to know that he is appreciated. Every teacher (almost) deserves to get one of these once a year to remind them of the wonderful gift they give their students. An education.

Toodles!

Very timely post. I went to a school reunion today and had my Kindergarten (age 5) teacher remember me. She said I look the same and that I was a delightful student and very smart. I explained that Little Frangi is very intelligent for her age. Students need to hear it every now and again too (even if it is 29 years afterwards).

Congrats on your A. Amazing grades considering all you have on your plate at the moment.

Frangi x
