The Diet: Day 1

I've decided to vary my new diet slightly from the original plan. Most people advised me that it was too drastic. They're probably right.

Current weight: 221 lbs.

Food consumption for the day:

8:45 am: A Slim-Fast shake

1:00 pm: A Slim-Fast shake and a small bag of pretzels

3:30 pm: A 6" Subway Club from Subway.

I won't lie. I'm still hungry. I'm not used to eating this little yet. Here's hoping that it won't be too long before my stomach shrinks.

I had to resist the temptation of eating a Butterfinger earlier. Man, that sounded good.

So, that's the current update. I'll update my progress in a couple days.
