Hes not the only bastard!

This afternoon I was brushing my teeth, getting ready for work when I heard someone yell "fuck...fuck...fuck". My flatmate, A, was vacuuming so I thought maybe it was her but didn't think she was like that.

So I asked her if she had been swearing at something and she said no. Then a few minutes later I heard more screaming and swearing.

You guessed it! "John" was back.

I went into the hallway to listen to what was going on and "Jane" was yelling "fuck you john, get the fuck out" and all this other shit.

I thought about knocking on the door to ask them to keep it down but I was pretty scared cos John is quite big and it was just A and I home.

I went to finish doing my hair etc and since the bathroom is right next to their section of the house I could hear them yelling quite clearly.

It was getting louder and louder and I stood outside the door with A for a while and John yelled "I don't want to lose my kid cos of your gambling problem"

Then they started arguing about money and how Jane (not John as it said in my previous post) had spent the rent money.

Then the yelling and swearing and "fuck you get the fuck out" started again this time even worse. Then there was a crash and it sounded like someone had thrown a glass against the wall or something.

At that time, our male flatmate, G, got home so we ran and told him what was happening and I said I was scared and wanted to call the police. We went to listen and heard more crashes and bangs then a slap!

So we decided we should call the police since it sounded like it was turning violent and had been going on for ages. Plus the neighbours have young kids who shouldn't be hearing that sort of stuff.

So G called the Police. I was hunting for the phonebook to find the number of the police station but he had already dialled 111 lol.

We stayed in the kitchen for a while, watching the window for any sign of the police or John leaving. The yelling went on and on and on for ages and then went silent so we were quite worried.

A was going to give me a ride to work cos I was running late and just as we were about to walk out the door a police car showed up.

Then Jane walked passed on her way to work and said "sorry about that, hes leaving now".

I went to speak to the policewomen and said thats the lady we called about, she is walking to work and the guy is still inside. Another policeman pulled up and he was told to go after Jane.

And I have no idea what happened after that because I had to go to work

I don't know who it was that hit who, but it was so scary listening to them fighting like that and hearing someone being pushed around!

I was shaking most of the time and almost in tears I was so scared (yes, I get scared easily and cry when I'm scared lol) and was still shaking when I got to work.

Now we have to kick Jane out aswell. I heard her say it was her that spent the money which means she is another person who has blatantly lied to my face in the past couple of days.

I'm not looking forward to telling her, especially after the way she was yelling at John!

Oh and the other day after their first fight, John's mother came round and was asking where Jane was and was worried about her and told me she would make them pay rent!

John and Jane are both in their late 30s!!!!! We are all in our early 20s and we don't need our mothers to tell us to pay our rent lol.

G just pointed out a good point - after all those crashes and smashes there will probably be some damage! Grrrrr. And they already owe us rent money etc.

I wish I could just win enough money in lotto to buy a house for myself lol then I won't have to worry about this sort of shit!
