Change in themes of blogs

Just wanted to touch on the subject of why I've changed my blogs from talks of fantasies and planning gang bangs to more emotional things.

Well, I think I'm just at a certain point in my life where I've had my sexual fun for over a year and now am ready to settle down. Sure, I say that AFTER stupid me buys nearly $300 in sex toys! LOL.
I think I joined AdultFriendFinder because I really love attention from men. But have come to realize that I don't need sexual attention from men for my self-esteem. Self-esteem needs to come from inside. I know I'm an intelligent and pretty girl, but have been in abusive/toxic relationships for too long. Well, I've decided no more of that! I'm going to start being more assertive with my family who have been unsupportive of me when I've been dealing with some tough issues.
I plan on not spending as much time on AdultFriendFinder as I used to and want to spend that time doing self-improvement and care, reading, fixing up and decorating my home, etc.
I do enjoy blogging and probably will continue that. I also like to reply to some "friends" blogs and see if there's any interesting articles in the magazine.

Twice this week this has seemed appropriate to pass on.

Imagine a woman who believes it is right and good she is a woman.
A woman who honors her experience and tells her stories.
Who refuses to carry the sins of others within her body and life.
Imagine a woman who believes she is good.
A woman who trusts and respects herself.
Who listens to her needs and desires, and meets them with tenderness and grace.
Imagine a woman who has acknowledged the past's influence on the present.
A woman who has walked through her past.
Who has healed into the present.
Imagine a woman who authors her own life.
A woman who exerts, initiates, and moves on her own behalf.
Who refuses to surrender except to her truest self and to her wisest voice.
Imagine a woman who names her own gods.
A woman who imagines the divine in her image and likeness.
Who designs her own spirituality and allows it to inform her daily life.
Imagine a woman in love with her own body.
A woman who believes her body is enough, just as it is.
Who celebrates her body and its rhythms and cycles as an exquisite resource.
Imagine a woman who honors the face of the Goddess in her changing face.
A woman who celebrates the accumulation of her years and her wisdom.
Who refuses to use precious energy disguising the changes in her body and life.
Imagine a woman who values the women in her life.
A woman who sits in circles of women.
Who is reminded of the truth about herself when she forgets.
Imagine yourself as this woman.

And blogging will help in several of the above especially about being reminded.

May you awaken to the mystery of being here and enter the quiet immensity of your own presence.

Hey Passionate I am glad to hear that you are not going to let life get you down. Like you told me in an different post that you tend to bounce back, and I am really glad to hear that. I would agree that you are an intelligent and beautiful woman who deserves respect from yourself and others. Glad to know that you are not going to totally cut out AdultFriendFinder, I also enjoy reading your blogs. Keep up the good work and remember to keep smiling.
