Faces, everyone!!!

Another thing that bothers me is people on AdultFriendFinder who do not show their face in their pictures. I know it's certainly not everyone but I'd say somewhere around half of the profiles with photos on the site don't include a face. Some people show absolutely everything else, pussy, tits, ass, cocks, and everything in between but no faces. What really makes me wonder is the enormous number of shots from the shoulders down. Even on webcam I see this a lot.

I participate in this site because I consider myself sexually open-minded and willing to be frank about sex. I know that almost everyone else here also feels the same way. Why should anyone be shy about it? If you can be not shy about showing me your pussy why are you so shy about showing me your face? I've heard the excuses before, believe me, "We don't want our friends to know we're swingers;" "If my boss sees this then I'll get fired," "I don't want the guy at the bar to say he has seen me on here," etc., etc., I'm just not buying it.

If you don't want your friends to know what you're all about then who are your real friends? What's the point of being liberated if you can't admit you're liberated? If you want to keep this side of your life private then are you serious about it? So what if your boss finds out? I'd like to see them try to fire you. If anyone you know sees your photo on this site then they obviously agree with you because they're here too. I don't advertise to everyone I meet that I have a profile here but I wouldn't deny it if asked. If your friends find out and do not immediately understand talk to them about why you are here and what it means to you. If they are true friends they will support it.

I like it that you're comfortable with showing the world your body. I have a lot of respect for that, really. I am not ashamed of my body and I like to be naked in public. It's a great way to fight my inhibitions and insecurities. I think we all need to be more comfortable with nudity, sexuality and all that goes with that but what good will it do if you can't admit who you are? The repressed, Christian, sex-is-bad culture we find ourselves in hard to fight, I understand that, but when is it going to change if the very people doing the proselytising are ashamed of themselves?

I am a sexual person. I love sex. I love other people who love sex. I like to talk to other people about sex, tell my stories and listen to theirs. It's great that you love sex too! Be proud of it, show me who you are. If I run into you in the world I will be discreet and respectful. I think it's fabulous that we have a forum like this site to post our profiles, photos, fantasies, blogs and everything else. I think we should all be proud of the fact that we're sexual beings and we are not afraid to admit it, not even to ourselves.

I really don't want to start a fight but this is something that I just don't understand. Go ahead, post all the rebuttals you want -- but it's not like anyone ever reads this blog anyway so what am I worried about? That's it, I'm outta here. -- Joe

Career choices sometimes dictate discretion.

I have reasons for not showing my face, and its not because I am ashamed either. It's not because of friends or a boss seeing me here its is because I have a spouse who dont want me here. I am not the only one in this position either. So I need to know, if you meet a woman and wish to be discreet, isn't that the same as hiding?

When you look at all the profiles with no faces there are women there you might like to meet, however she is married, do you think she will sit in public and risk getting caught with you? If not then why show our faces for the world to see on here.

Just my thoughts on this. Not everyone can afford to show their faces, it's not to say they are fake when they don't. However I have face pics but im in no position to post them as if its open season.

I am the real deal! "Come Get Me!!!"
