Draconian policy

Well I posted some links to an outside website on here previously, the links I posted were removed and replaced with AdultFriendFinder links. Just what kind of draconian policy does this site operate where I cant post a link? I shall write to management, as I cannot see anything in the site T & C's that forbids the use of links to outside websites.

They are afraid that you are soliciting.

The policies are pretty restricting, but it's also the kind of site that would be spammed to death if it didn't. It's a pain, but I'd recommend--roll with it and keep blogging.

They are pretty strict on advertising of other sites on here...they really need to be though...otherwise this whole site would be nothing more than advertisements

Heres the "explanation" from customer services..
Dear member,

We apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing.

Please make sure that you are not logging into AdultFriendFinder from a Bookmark or Favorites link. This will only allow you to view data saved in the browser's cache. You will need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. You can consult your browser's Help file for assistance in determining how to do these actions.

To view your most current account information, you will need to access our site by typing the full URL http://AdultFriendFinder.com into your browser. You may also try clicking on your browser's "Refresh" button.

You should also use the "Logoff" link that is located at the bottom of every page. If you do not use the "Logoff" link each and every time you leave the site, you may continue to experience problems.

If this problem still persists, you may try downloading a new browser (e.g. Netscape 7.1, Internet Explorer) or updating your current browser. If none of these improve your situation, please contact us again so that we may assist you further.

Thank you,
