Mind-Numbingly Good

The sun shines.

An ant is slowly crawling across a ray of light on the ground.

I watch him with childlike fascination.

The warm sun softly kisses my arm and I raise my cup to my lips to drink.

I am stopped by the caress of the warm breeze across my skin. The cup pauses near my mouth.

I cannot move. I cannot think.
My mind is numb, my legs weak.

With it, the breeze has brought a scent. A scent so alluring, so sweet and deep my senses are drowning in it. Blossom. Mexican Orange Blossom.

I am very sensual.
The combination of the sun, the breeze and the scent has brought me to a point where I am just my senses. I am nothing but feeling.

Were someone to kiss me softly at this point, I will die.
