Why do women pull the old "nevermind, forget I said it"? Obviously there's something on your mind, please just tell me so I know why you're upset. After all, knowing what it is I did (or didn't do) helps me to prevent it from happening again! It's better to communicate than to keep it bottled up. This was a major problem in my marriage, and a good probable cause as to why I'm not married anymore. Lack of communication kills faster than anything.

And I'm sorry if I don't say the right things all the time. I'd rather hear the truth than be hurt by a comforting lie down the road, and that's why I always tell the truth, so I don't hurt you down the road. Another problem with my former marriage.

I am the kind of person who doesn't like asking others to do things that they wouldn't otherwise do on their own. I want people to be true to themselves; if there's something you want to do for me, then you don't need to ask my permission. I'm the same way with things I want to do for you. I'll just do them.

If no one can get hurt by an action, then how can it be wrong?
