WINNING AT THE GAME OF LIFE

THIS BLOG WAS WRITTEN IN RESPONSE TO A BLOG WRITTEN BY "SEXYFITWOMAN".

In her BLOG, she speaks of a painful even in a relationship. I understanding that everyone's "worst" is in fact their own "worst". I'm not disputing their pain, but instead, trying to give them an alternative to pain...HAPPINESS.

When it is all said and done we should be able to answer this question: "Did we have a happy life?" The answer should be "YES" especially since we can directly control our happiness. By setting up the rules of our game (life), we can guarantee a victory and be happy!

For example, your "One night stand" should be your "One night of Bliss". Would you rather have never experienced it?

Instead of kicking yourself for the inability to experience this night repeatedly, give yourself "a pat on the back" for even having this experience once!

Instead of a "one night stand" having the negative connotation, it should be the "one night which stood above the rest"...a really positive position.

Your deep pain comes from you taking your ego too seriously and your ego placing too much emphasis on this event. It is only a small event in your life. Let's put this in another way.... If a quadriplegic could be happy, why can't you?

Who knows why things happen in our lives... just acknowledge that it happened understanding that men attach a different significance to the act of having sex than women do. However, it seems that this difference between man and woman is homogenizing. Also, You were most likely TOO HOT that night for him to say "NO".

Instead of initiating the "sexual suppression", you should initiate the quest for another "outstanding night".

Whenever something happens to make you feel bad or sad, ask yourself...."What else can this event mean?" Come up with 7 positives and 7 negatives before you come to a conclusion of the event's meaning. You'll find that this question will help you win in the game of life.
