A sore neck kept me from working out this morning. I need to schedule a massage (mrs. pkg worked on my neck last night and it's better, but it still aches).

Hopefully it'll be better on friday.

My back has vastly improved since working out. Very little lower back pain. I'm assuming that all the work I'm doing will have fringe benefits, too. My physical therapist said that I was more flexible than most people, but that my muscle tone could be improved to allow control of that flexibility. So, let's hear it for workouts!
