Is the grass greener?

Ever been in a position where you are not sure to make a move?

I am in the process of changing locations of my employment. I am switching from a Dodge dealership to a Toyota dealership. I am not happy with my environment, but i have grown acustom to the misery. I have alot of clientel that is furious with me for wanting to leave, but i am at the end of my rope. I am in a spot where i do entirely too much for my payrate and tired of not being appreciated or at least recognized for it.

I am sooo stressed out, but am to the point where i am tired of not getting what i deserve.

Has anyone had a similar situation?

What if the grass isn't greener?

If you are that good, your cliental will follow, let them know where you are. If you are not happy, its time to leave. No job is worth the stress, believe me, been there done that.. like most peeps. I even moved across the country.. T

TravelinginTexas and Frbnkslady,
Thanks for the input. It gives me more to look at.I think as i am getting older, the thought of change just scares me. I know deep down inside it would be better for my well being and my pocket to leave, but for some reason, i feel i am abandoning my fellow workers. I know, without a doubt, they will suffer until a lead guy comes in. Damn, where's the crown reserve and hot chic when you nedd one..LOL Thanks again for the thoughts and two cents, that make sense..
