Burned at the Beach

Man, nothing like a coastal beach community to bring all the beautifully tannd people out.
Went to the beach today with my daughter and my ex. Went to Dewey Beach in Deleware...Actually , wasn't Dewey Beach 'casue I hate the beach life so it was at a state park off the main beach where there's no tide breakers and there are surfers fishermen and waves to your head. Was a good day for waves, probably cause we're a few days ahead of a nice storm (but what do i know about the ocean? I'm from the midwest)

Had a blast with my daughter Skyi. Mom wanted me to come because she doesn't go in the water and Skyi needs someone to go with...so along comes dad...
So basically I stood in knee high water for a few hours and kept getting knocked off my feet by big braking waves...losing Skyi in the surf and she surfaces with a look of extreme shock as if she were dumped in ice cold water...She loves it and wants another wave just like that one...Yea, haad a great time.
Built a huge sand castle, even saw some dolphins playing around as the swam by..That''s always a bit of magic for me when I can point out the dolphins to Skyi and see her face light up and say "cool..."..Cool for me too because that's only the second time I've ever seen them myself.

But damn if I didn;t burn the shit out of my back. Even the SPF 1000 didn;t work. Next time I'm just gonna wear a wetsuit all day...

Oh and one of the coolest things was (well cool for me because I'm a dork) a shop in Rahobeth Beach that was 1/2 hair dresser and 1/2 bait shop, no shit...Sign outside said "Perms and Worms"...Hmmm, wonder if they're talking about ringworm...does that make good bait?...Sorry, i'm gonna pay for that one...damn my back hurts...anyone know what takes the sting out...

That is cool. I was lunching in Santa Monica a while back and saw dolphins swim by the restaurant windows. I was so excited - I probably looked like a brainless dork as I ignored my father (who I was lunching with) and stared out the window like a lovestruck moron.

I really find the ocean to be beautiful

lol at "perms and worms". Yes, apply APPLE CIDER VINEGAR to the affected area--changes the pH of the skin so it makes it hurt less and tends to heal faster; plus you have that added benefit of smelling like pickeled eggs...LOL Ok, so don't wear it out before a date...

Perms and worms. Wonder if they do mud facials?
