In my understandings, there is a lot of confusion about how words are used. Now, I don't mean on the basics, but some very specific words which are losing all meaning for their misplaced use. For example, need and want. For the majority, people say they need something, when in fact it is a want(desire). There are times in which the word need is needed(no pun, just happened), but it can be rare. Just today, I was talking to an old friend, and she kept saying she needed this, and needed that (referring to a 2006 car, and a $50,000 yearly income). I couldn't help but laugh, which of course got me slapped(emote over the chat). Anyways, do you people notice other things like this?

I have noticed this and am committing the crime. Sometimes I don't think before I speak to whether it is a need or a desire.
