Hope your day has been a good one, My day has been filled with Down Feathers and this ever so soft nightie that I have not managed to get out off all day.
I must admit I had a very pampered day. I feel reenergized and focused.

I know how you feel. There are some days that I feel so comfortable in bed, that I don't want to get out. I also have a Down Comforter. Thus far even on the coldest night, that is all I need. By far the best I have had.

I just got up myself and my day is now beginning.

I dreamed of my ex last night which is usually not a good thing. I became aware of "dreaming" so I set out to deliberatelty "do things" that I normally could not. (I am an old reader of Carlos Castaneda and have attained some decent "dreaming" skills.)

She was having sex there with who I assumed to be her new husband but this fact did not annoy me becuase I have long fully accepted the fact that he's actully better for her than me and at this point her sexual behavior is essentially immaterial to me. I think what I was doing there was checking in to see once again what we'd really had between us _besides_ sex that kept us together.

As soon as I assessed that I moved on to do some empircal "exploratoty" work around the house that I could bring back to the physical world to maybe prove that I had actually been there. This was more like "science" than that first asessment.

Since I was in the ex's new house (although have never been there in real life) I decided to go into different rooms just in case I ever really am there I can tell whether or not my perceptions of the place were accurate. Much of it looked familiar since I had been there previously in other dreams.

Out of one window I looked and could see a shrub covered hill and a freeway below. Then I bagan to lose the energetic wave I was on and felt myself returning to my physical body and to normal everyday consciousness.

This sort of thing hadn't happened in awhile but I did eat two prefab micorwave burritos right before it happened.

Although I would not guarantee anyone else similar results from eating two of those and then lying down for a nap.

Thank you for inspiring me to play around with my sleep and dreams again.
I use to be very keen when it came to what I had dreamt or wanted to dream about until I had a few bad nightmares.
The mind, oh such a sexy and powerful thing

Down Comforter? I am taking as a guess that a Down Comforter is what we in Australia call a Doona, a bag filled with feathers? I think that my Doona is the cause of my insomnia, but this is probably due to the fact that I was to tight to spend a lot of money on a good Doona, and as they say you get what you pay for (I wonder who is 'THEY')Anyway next time I purchase a Doona I will spend a little more and not just get a sack filled with live chickens. lol.

Mr Pm
Hello there and welcome to my little journal.
You are adorably comedic, and your honesty a complete mental turn on to me.
Yes darling, I suggest you invest on a more expensive Doona next time. It is something you will not regret.
