I know, I know with the fast pace of the season who has time to reminisce, specially about the far past.

I guess I do,I was watching the PG movie "SKY HIGH" with my niece and for some strange reason began to vaguely reminisce about the boy I develop a crush on for the first time in my life.
I was a fifth grade girl at that time and the boy's name was Stephen.
I remeber holding hands until our palms practically became stuck together from the moistness.
We never did french kiss, I guess neither one of us had advanced to that level of young naughtiness yet.
Do you remember your first crush?

I and others here have found it useful to "reconstruct" our memories from the very earliest in childhood.. to re-view life as seen is our youth can yield positive effects.

However, if the childhood is traumatic I would not recommend this now..

Hang in their.. you ideas are great..

My first crush that comes to mind was in 3rd grade..

First Crush.....Hmmmmmmm

Well, I remember a young Paulette Jones in 2nd grade. She was a tiny thing. Even though she was my first crush, I don't feel that she was my favorite.

It is funny how when certain times of the year or even songs you hear can send you back in time to make you wonder, "What if....."

Welcome back Snatch darling,
I agree if it were a celebrity then Mr Springfield is a great contender (always wanted to be Jessie's girl)

No kiss?

First crush was definitely Jaclyn Smith when I was about 5 who at that time was the Breck Shampoo Girl.

She was everything I ever though a woman could be. She still stands out as an eternal icon and symbolic archetype for me in this way.

In real life I think it was my next door neighbor Lisa. She was so super cool and stunningly beautiful. It was all cool until my hormones started to stir and then I just could not handle it. And I became hyper shy of her. That sucked royally because I knew that she liked me too only I was dead clueless and truly dumbfounded about what all to do about it.

I can still connect straight into that whole confused but somehow wonderful mess of feelings concerning that.

I even did some Googling on her recently just out of curiosity but came up with nothing. I would guess that she's way married with kids at this late date.

What a compliment to a woman to have a childhood crush curious enough to google you........

And she'll probably never know that I googled her either.

She had a somewhat generic name like the female equivalent of Joe Smith and so searching pulled up quite alot women with thesame name only I could tell that none of them were her.

It's funny that someone named Anecortes would show up in this thread though because she moved away to Washington state right in that general area right about the time that I was starting Junior High.

I had another crush that lasted through my first year of college which resulted in absolute zero contact with the girl. That was truly a case of deep love sickness but I got over it.

She was a great artist and now has her own line of childrens furniture. Looking back on it now though I don't think it really would have worked out so well. I am _way_ too unconventional for that girl.

I can still completely connect with horiffically nasty case of lovesickeness I had over that situation too. Truly unforgettable.

Sadly remembering what seem like an emotional COMA induced by lovesickness.

AH, i remember my first crush. It was in junior choir, her name was Elizabeth and she was from one of the sister churches we were visiting. She had the longest, blonde hair I had ever seen in my life. I stole her after second practice to play marbles outside with 2 other kids. We had a blast but even on this small island, I don't think I would ever recognize her again **sigh** memories

My crush from 5th grade was Kristy Woolscroft. We were both so quiet and shy, all I ever did was *blush* at her.
