Happy Friday sexy ones,
Hope your day has been a good one.
My day was going pretty relaxed until I got a bit disappointed in my self, I realized I have not been driking the sufficient amount of water to keep me in KINK shape lol.
No really, the average adult requires 2 liters of water to remain hydrated and healthy.
Not to mention the help it grants your digestive System.
I usually tend to drink a complete liter daily.
I enjoy the way it makes my skin look & feel and it keeps my pouty mouth from getting chapped. So tell me, no lies now!
How much water do you drink a day? Some of you go on a whole day without a drop.

Two answers:

1. When I have my Nalgene water bottle at work, I drink a full 64 ounces (fill up in morn, one in afternoon).

2. When the Nalgene is not with me, you (nearly) hit the nail on the head Ms. Kink: nearly none (but more than a drop), probably 6-8 ounces (stops at fountain before/after bathroom breaks).

But I gotta say, AGREE completely. What, our bodies are like 90%+ water, no? I feel waay better when downing the agua. And I prefer clear pee to that nitrate-laden dark yellow stuff....

I have to agree with you that the water certainly makes us look better. I drink 90 ounces a day and the days I miss, I feel awful and my lips pucker!

Diet Coke and other caffinated drinks dont count as they De-Hydrate you. Caffene is a duretic, ie. it prges your body of fluid so it is actually the worst thing to drink in really hot weather.

I have found that in hot weather working on building wardrobes in houses that I needed to carry 4 softdrink bottles, of either 1.25 or 2 LITRE [correct spelling] size. I would prepare 2 bottles of delicious Melbourne tap water [flouride added] and 2 bottles of medium strength cordial. I would then freeze one of water and one of cordial, dont forget to allow for expansion so dont make too full.

I would then place the 4 bottles in my insulated carry bag in the morning and the frozen bottles would keep my sandwiches fresh until morning tea and lunch.

I would take a swig or two from the cordial bottle followed by a swig or two from the water bottle and so keep in front of my fluid losses through sweating, breathing and urinating. I ve got to tell you when the temperature gets over 30deg C. and heads for 40deg C. [100 deg F.] the sweat really starts to bucket out, especially if the house I was working on had been all locked up the day before.

The advantages of the four bottle system are that you save money, you always have your water with you, you know the quality of the water you are drinking, and you know exactly how much fluid you have drunk during the day to monitor your fluid levels.

The bottle water is working for you Miss Kink those lips of yours look superbly delicious and inviting. GGGGGGRRRRRRR Keep Bloging

I gave a class in the Marine Corps about hydration in the desert. I told them that I never thougt I'd drink a 5-gallon jerry can full of water in one day until I actually did 29Palms...regularly.

I buy the gallon-sized jugs from the supermarkets and keep it in the car during the day.

I don't care about my pouty lips. Just yours, Kink...
