Tis about Time...

Tis about time!

They have handled some of the issues at work, but not all of them. Last week I made it clear to them that they can either handle these issues or I can get the Labor Board involved over their illegal activities. They have a store manager sleeping with women and giving them job promotions, an assistant manager watching inappropriate TV shows, and several other managers making sexually explicit comments around the clock.

This morning three women from the home office drove down from 4 states away to have a private 2-hour meeting with me. I informed them of all the crap that has been going on with thee above mentioned as well as the fact that the managers have relatives working as managers over each other amongst many other things.

Before I had only been able to talk to my managers… during this meeting all three of the women told me that they had not heard all my complaints. They were not informed of management showing favoritism towards female employees and the fact that sexual favors might be getting exchanged.

I am glad I pushed the issue, apparently the people I complained to did not relay my exact complaints. After the meeting the ladies talked to their supervisor and then I was called back. Apparently this Monday morning I am meeting with the Vice President of the division because they have not ever had to handle this kind of complaints and allegations before.

They were even madder when I told them that one of the manager’s mothers gave her daughter a management job when the daughter was not even actually an employee of the store. It is company policy that all managers be a employee for at least 6 months before they can even be considered for a promotion to full-time and a one year requirement before they can become a member of management. They do this to make sure you have experience and a credible work record with them, which makes perfect sense.

I do not yet know if I am still going to get the Labor Board involved, this is highly illegal stuff and the company deserves to be fined and reprimanded for everything. I guess I will have to see what happens Monday and then I will know for sure. I did not know about the details till recently, once people heard I had filed a serious complaint they started telling me about a lot of stuff I was unaware of.

A lot of people think the hopeless romantics like myself are a pushover. Well we are, but when you push us too far we fight back with all that passion we are famous for. I guess this company is about to learn this lesson the hard way.


I am working on and am researching a very long cunnilingus (pussy eating/licking) article. It is running about as long as my romance, manners, and erogenous zones article. I might have the first draft done today, but I am not guaranteeing it! Just letting you know because I know some of you are waiting to see my next work of art.

Oh, yes... bring it on!!! Sorry about your dilemnas at work. Hopefully, it will all come out in the wash -- even you have to provide them with the washboard!! lol.. Keep up the passion, mystic.
