Needs to be said again

I don't know about some people, but for me I have a problem with a few words that are used to describe certain parts of my body. The two mentioned above happen to be some of them. I think twat also comes to mind and just makes me cringe when I hear it. Does anyone else have any of these words that you just find offensive when people use them? In my profile I mention that if you like big BOOBS then send me a message, and I get these people getting back to me saying "Ya I like big TITS", for some reason I just don't want to respond. I know its weird but it just for some reason feels like a lack of respect; that word. And respect is important to me so it kinda gives me a glimps into what that person is really like and I don't like it. So I don't respond back. Am I putting too much into a simple word? Or do other people feel the same way about some words that are used?

You shouldn't feel as though you are putting too much into those "simple" words. If these words or expressions are what makes you uncomfortable, then you should respond/not respond in the manner as you may see fit. Keep in mind that we still have a few cave dwellers living amongst us that haven't found words creative enough to keep the respect and attention of someone with half a brain.

You should never compromise your integrity for anyone's sake. If you are uncomfortable with something or someone, simply remove yourself from the situation and continue to move on with your head held high. Life is too short to sell yourself and your values short.

I feel that words can in fact be very dangerous things, because once they are out there, there's not calling them back.

As such, one must always weigh his words by thinking about what he or she is about to say. Turning your tongue in your mouth seven times before talking always helps, or so I have been told.

This is even more so evident when discussing issues as delicate as women and anatomy.

I've known many women who cringe or get upset with the more graphic terms used to body parts. Men should just learn to get a clue.

Any hoo that's my two cents.
